    We worked on the ground in Jakarta with founders and the local team to define a clear strategy and executable business plan. By presenting it directly to HQ’s investment committee, we restored alignment and unlocked additional investment. We continue to support governance through ongoing board and management engagement.

    Working on the ground in Gurgaon with management, the local team, and the Japanese expatriate, we realigned strategy and rebuilt an executable business plan with clear KPIs. By clarifying improvement scenarios, we helped avoid impairment recognition and identified sales execution as the primary growth driver.

    Our Approach

    We re-executed BDD on the ground in Hanoi, focusing on interviews with CxOs and senior managers to assess business fundamentals, competitive positioning, and growth strategy. Acting as an intermediary, we aligned valuation expectations and led negotiations, resulting in a successful closing.

    We joined the company as a board director and developed a 100-day post-closing plan. By designing and operating monitoring frameworks and management and board meetings, we strengthened trust and aligned HQ expectations with local decision-making.
