Ilman Akbar is an SEO professional with over 13 years of experience mainly in Indonesia. He is the founder and CEO of DailySEO ID, a media and education company, and DLYS Consulting, a specialized firm focusing on Search Engine Optimization—or as he increasingly defines it: Search Everywhere Optimization.

Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Ilman held pivotal roles at leading tech startups, including Head of SEO at Traveloka and Digital Marketing Lead at Glints.

With a background in Computer Science, Ilman's career evolved gradually. He did web development at the beginning of his professional career, then shifted to content writing for Tech in Asia, before becoming an SEO practitioner.

His career continued to evolve from SEO to a strategic product management role as Traveloka's Product Manager. Later on, he managed multi-channel digital marketing at Glints. This diverse expertise culminated in the launch of his own ventures in 2023.

Today, his agency and consulting portfolio at DLYS Consulting includes companies such as Bluebird, Lalamove Indonesia, Diabetasol, Pika Sushi Australia, Isuzu Philippines, Entrasol, Kompas.com, Siloam Hospitals, among others.

Beyond consulting, Ilman has spent over a decade as a trainer, teaching and mentoring thousands of individuals in Indonesia. He shares his insights regularly through his personal and DailySEO ID's social media platforms.
