With over a decade of hands-on experience in business operations and product development across Southeast Asia—primarily Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines (VIP)—he has built a career centered on operating and scaling businesses on the ground in emerging markets.
Early in his career at NTT, he gained international exposure through the launch of an apparel e-commerce business in Beijing, as well as through SaaS product development in Florida with Verio, developing a strong foundation in cross-border business and product execution.
In 2015, he joined Recruit, where he led business growth in the Philippines as Head of Product and Marketing for a consumer hotel and tour reservation platform. Following the platform’s acquisition by Indonesian unicorn Traveloka for approximately USD 70 million, he transitioned to the Traveloka team and continued to be involved in the business as part of the management team.
After completing his MBA at the University of Cambridge in 2021, he rejoined Recruit and was appointed CEO of Quipper Philippines. In this role, he oversaw the business and successfully scaled the organization to more than 200 employees.
In 2024, he founded Tigersia Partners, Inc., with a focus on value creation for Southeast Asian businesses. Centered on the VIP markets and broader Southeast Asia, he remains actively engaged across the region—logging more than 50 flights annually—working alongside internationally competitive management talent to drive hands-on execution.
Since 2025, he has also served as a board director of a Mynavi-backed Southeast Asian technology company through a board appointment.
